i went fangirl for 2 days.

hadn’t had the time to blog about this but despite all the hoo-ha, i still must for i’ll prob forgot this experience a couple of years down the road. Question is, will i ever queue like this ever again? right now, i guess not hahaha but overall, it was an awesome experience!

It’s more of like u’re on a mission and u cannot back down until u get what u wanted (and tt’s the tickets). I mean I was almost pessimistic the whole way through (from the moment I stepped out of 313 Somerset and witnessed the atonishing crowd, as if waiting for some idol’s arrival at the airport…it’s that massively crazy). and then we’re threatened and shouted at becos of a few black sheep which couldn’t be civil and listen to instructions. u could also feel the lack of air as time passed by. we got lousy queue numbers (becos we weren’t crazy enough to queue from Thursday omg.).

The good part was I had great company with similar interests and that makes things worthwhile finally being able to talk about things and share with each other new stuff. To be able to go ga-ga together and debate on our different opinions (albeit in the same scope we’re talking about;k pop). Orchard Road was extremely noisy even at 2am because of the number of taxis zooming past (10 taxis: 1 car ratio) and you get to see workers putting up banners with the crane and all. Of course the occasional convertible that’s set free in the empty streets.

Loitering in the streets wasn’t my kind of thing because by then, I was already disheartened by the possibility of not being able to go for the concert despite all the hype and energy and enthusiasm days before. Like our wish just went poof…when you finally set on doing smth, it went to nothingness. And I’m uncomfortable with the fact there’s lack of toilets LOL. So we headed to JY’s comfy apartment and rest. If only the internet wasn’t screwed up in the middle of the nite…if not there’ll so much more fun!

Of course we could’ve given up but I guess my friends and I were just not ready. And thank god we didn’t. As usual, nothing changed in the morning; the crowd’s still as crazy. By stroke of luck, we managed to find someone with a much better queue number. Or rather because she was so confused by the number of people swarming to her, she actually approached us first instead LOL. So there u go, 3 extra young friends made wheee. Nice people really. Of course some pple think dey’re silly because dey could’ve sold for more expensive tickets but I guess it’s more of what kind of mentality you go to the concert with~

overall we’re just excited delighted.. I won’t deny it nor fight it! Got me jumpin jumpin off my feet!!
